    Why We Offer Financing

A premium audio video and smart home install is a real investment. Lutron HomeWorks, Crestron Home, JVC laser projection, and Ajax monitored security all earn their cost over a long ownership horizon. Financing spreads that cost across the lifespan of the system instead of front-loading it.

Builders and architects often roll Summit Logic financing into the integrated project budget alongside the framing, electrical, and finish line items. That keeps the technology spec where it should be — designed at the same time as the home, not value-engineered out at the end.

We offer financing because clients ask for it. There's no markup, no commission, and no pressure to use it. It's an option.

    How It Works

Our partner is Financeit, a Canadian project financing provider. The application runs online and takes 5–10 minutes. A soft credit check returns an offer with rate and term before any hard pull.

Terms run up to 240 months — twenty years — at a fixed rate with no prepayment penalty. You can pay it off early at any time without fees. Buy-down rate options are available on most installs, which means Summit Logic can apply a portion of the project margin to lower the customer-facing rate. We'll show you the trade-off before you decide.

No minimum project size. A single zone of Lutron lighting, a full Crestron Home package, a Starlink-plus-UniFi network, or an Ajax security retrofit can all be financed under the same terms.

    For Builders, Architects, and Designers

Financing is often the difference between a client committing to the right specification and value-engineering out the lighting control or the theatre. Bringing Summit Logic financing into the design-build conversation early lets the client see total monthly cost instead of total project cost — and gives the trade team room to deliver the spec the project deserves. We'll coordinate directly with the project lead so the conversation stays clean.

    Financing FAQs

Either. Some clients finance the full scope. Others finance a portion — typically the lighting, automation, or theatre line items — and pay the rest at install. Financeit lets you set the principal at whatever amount works.
