Design
On-site walkthrough of every room and exterior elevation to identify scenes, keypad locations, fixture types, and which Lutron tier (Caseta, RadioRA 3, or HomeWorks QSX) is the right fit. Load schedule built in writing, fixture compatibility checked against the Lutron database, keypad engraving language agreed before order.
Install
Lutron-certified technicians install the processor or hub in a ventilated equipment closet, mount keypads at finished trim height, and pull or wire dimming modules per spec. Engraved Palladiom, seeTouch, or Pico keypads installed with finish trim plates that match the room — no plastic builder switches.
Commission
Every load measured and dimmer-trim set so LEDs reach true one percent without flicker. Astronomical clock locked to Collingwood coordinates, scenes programmed with the family in the room, sensors tuned to actual occupancy patterns. Keypad relabel offered after one week of real use.
Support
Configuration backups stored with us. Annual lighting tune-ups to update firmware, clean drift, and reprogram for renovations or new fixtures. Lutron remote service so most calls are resolved without a truck roll. Same technician each year — the system stays on spec.
