Our Process
A four-step approach for every Summit Logic project: Design, Install, Commission, Support.
Design
Every project starts with a design conversation. We sit down with your plans, walk the site, and take the time to understand how you live in your home — rooms, routines, music, movies, lighting, and security priorities. From there our team produces a tailored system design with a clear, fixed-scope quote: equipment, programming, labour, and ongoing support itemized before any work begins.

Install
Our installation team coordinates directly with builders, electricians, architects, and interior designers — aligning rough-in, conduit, and back-boxes during framing, then returning for trim and equipment install. Cabling is clean, labelled, and documented. We treat every wall opening, rack build, and equipment placement as part of the finished architecture.
Commission
Once equipment is installed, every system is programmed, calibrated, and tested end-to-end — lighting scenes, audio zones, video sources, network performance, and security automations. We then walk the family through every keypad, app, and routine so the system is fully understood before we leave site.

Support
The relationship continues after install. Every system ships with documentation, remote monitoring, and on-call service from a local team that knows your project. We push firmware updates, resolve issues remotely where possible, and schedule on-site visits when needed — for primary residences and seasonal cottages alike.
