Why Wasaga Beach Homes Need This
Wasaga Beach has the most pronounced seasonal swing of any community we serve. Beach 1 through Beach 6 cottages may sit closed from October to May. Year-round homes inland operate normally through winter but still see family and rental turnover during peak summer weeks.
That split means different system briefs. For seasonal cottages, we design systems that can be safely powered down and reactivated remotely — water shutoff integration, freeze sensors, and remote arming as standard. For year-round homes, we deliver full-spec installs with the same standards as Collingwood and Thornbury.
Either way, every Wasaga install is built around the assumption that owners may be in Toronto or further when something needs attention.
