Audio Video Installation in Collingwood & Georgian Bay

Audio video done right is audio video you do not notice until you want to. Speakers disappear into ceilings or behind drywall. Displays mount flush with concealed cabling. Sources rack cleanly in a room the family never sees. Summit Logic designs and installs custom AV systems across Collingwood, Blue Mountains, and Thornbury for properties where sound and picture need to feel inherent to the house, not added on.

Our Approach: Design, Install, Commission, Support

    Design

We start with a site walk and a pre-construction meeting alongside your builder, architect, and designer. Every project gets an AV block diagram and rack elevation before any wire is pulled, so decisions are made at framing stage rather than after drywall.

    Install

Rough-in wiring is completed during framing. The equipment rack is assembled and bench-tested in our shop, not on-site, and every cable is labelled at both ends. We coordinate directly with the electrician and finish trades throughout the build.

    Commission

Programming and calibration happen in the home, not in simulation. Every scene is tested with the family present during handover, you receive written handoff documentation, and a 30-day tuning window is built in to refine routines once you are living with the system.

    Support

Remote system monitoring and automatic firmware updates keep the system current. Cottage properties get seasonal check-ups, response targets are published on your service plan, and the person who programmed the system answers the phone.

Audio is the largest part of most projects — whole-home audio with multi-zone distributed amplification, weatherproof landscape and outdoor speakers, and the Sonos ecosystem when an app-first wireless layer is the priority.

On the video side we cover everything from straightforward television mounting and weather-rated outdoor TV installs to disappearing hidden display solutions, over-fireplace mounts, large-format projector and screen systems, and architectural media room builds.

Behind the walls every system is anchored by a bench-built AV equipment rack and finished with full ISF video and Dirac audio calibration before handoff.

Audio Video across Southern Georgian Bay

Audio video work in Southern Georgian Bay covers everything from a single Sonos zone in a Lighthouse Point condo to a full distributed Crestron NVX system across a Lora Bay estate. Our typical projects span lakefront cottages on Georgian Bay, ski chalets at the base of Blue Mountain, and custom estates above Thornbury Harbour.

We install in Collingwood, Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Wasaga Beach, Meaford, and Creemore — including Mountaincroft, Indian Trail, Castle Glen, Snowbridge, Slopeside, Craigleith, and Cranberry Resort.

Outdoor audio is a constant — Coastal Source landscape speakers along boathouse decks in Lora Bay, James Loudspeaker outdoor on patios in Castle Glen, and Sonance Outdoor on lakefront terraces throughout the region.

    Product lines we deploy

    • KEF Ci-R reference in-walls and in-ceilings
    • B&W (Bowers & Wilkins) CI series and floorstanders

    • Crestron DM Lite and DM NVX 4K60 4:4:4 endpoints
    • Sonance Invisible Series for fully concealed audio
    • Anthem and Marantz multi-zone receivers

    • Sony, LG, and Samsung 4K and 8K displays

    Where we deploy

Lakefront cottages get distributed Sonos Architectural through the principal rooms and Coastal Source on the dock and decks. Ski chalets in Snowbridge and Slopeside get Sonance Reference in the great room with KEF Ci-R reference in the media room.

Custom estates in Castle Glen and Lora Bay typically run Crestron NVX AV-over-IP distribution — every TV and every audio zone fed from a central rack with one source matrix. Luxury condos in Lighthouse Point and Cranberry Resort get smaller systems built around Sonos Pro or Sonance Invisible Series.
