Audio video, smart home, lighting, and networking for residences and cottages across the region.
Summit Logic is based in Collingwood and works across a roughly 100-kilometre radius covering the full Southern Georgian Bay region. That radius runs west to Owen Sound, north along the southeast shore to Thunder Beach, east through Wasaga Beach and Creemore, and south into the Grey Highlands and Beaver Valley.
Most of our work is concentrated in seven primary communities — places where we already have active projects, established trade relationships, and a strong understanding of local architecture, connectivity, and seasonal patterns. We also regularly work in surrounding villages and rural estates inside that radius.
Each community has its own dedicated page with local context, common project types, and frequently asked questions.

Our home base. We work across Collingwood from Lighthouse Point and the historic downtown to the new builds in Pretty River Valley and the Tree Streets. Most of our installs in Collingwood are full-home integrations — automation, audio video, lighting, and networking — for primary residences and ski-season homes.

Beyond the seven primary communities, we regularly work across the surrounding region.
The village core and rural estates along the Mad River. We work with a number of architect-designed homes in this area.
Ski-season and four-season homes in the Beaver Valley, including the Kimberley side. Often paired with Thornbury and Blue Mountains projects.
Rural acreages and country estates south of Meaford. Strong fit for properties that need outdoor audio, full-property networking, and perimeter security.
Concession-road properties and rural sideroads anywhere inside our roughly 100 km radius from Collingwood. Reach out — we are usually able to help.
Geography shapes how we plan, install, and support every system. Here is how your location factors into the work.
Our base is Collingwood, so response is fastest in Collingwood, Thornbury, Blue Mountains, and Wasaga Beach. Meaford, Owen Sound, Thunder Beach, and Creemore are routinely scheduled, just with slightly longer windows for non-urgent visits.
We coordinate directly with builders, architects, electricians, and interior designers across the region. Working in the same area for years means we already know many of the trades on your project.
Connectivity differs by location. Collingwood and Wasaga Beach generally have strong fibre and cable. Thunder Beach, rural Meaford, Grey Highlands, and parts of Owen Sound often need Starlink, LTE failover, or carrier coordination — we plan for it from day one.
Cottages and seasonal homes need systems that handle freeze-thaw cycles, winter shutdowns, and remote monitoring. We design with seasonal use in mind — power-fail recovery, environmental sensors, and remote access are standard, not add-ons.
