Our Approach
We deploy lightweight monitoring agents on the systems we install — and on legacy systems where the protocol allows. Alerts route through a tiered system: informational events log silently, warnings raise tickets, and critical events page the on-call technician.
Reports go to ownership monthly. They are short and human-readable: what the system did, what we touched, and what is on the watch list. No dashboards full of metrics nobody reads.
