Structured Wiring & Pre-Wire for Custom Homes

Cat6, Cat6A, fibre, coax, and speaker cabling pulled, terminated, and labelled at the rough-in stage. The single most important step in building a smart home — and the one most builders skip.

    Why Pre-Wire Matters

You only get one chance to wire a home properly. Once drywall closes up, every change costs 10x more. Pre-wire is where smart homes are won or lost. We pull every cable you'll need at rough-in — and a few you might want — so the home is ready for whatever comes next. Most homes we touch later were either never pre-wired, or pre-wired wrong.

    What We Pull

    Cat6 / Cat6A Data

To every TV, access point, camera, and intelligent device — home-run to the equipment closet and certified at termination.

    Fibre Backbone

Single-mode or multi-mode fibre between the processor closet and detached buildings — garages, guest houses, boathouses, pool houses.

    Speaker Wire

14-gauge OFC indoors, 12-gauge direct-burial outdoors — to every audio zone the design calls for, indoor and outdoor.

    Shade & Lighting Conduit

Lutron Sivoia QS wired runs and architectural lighting buses — pulled to manufacturer spec so the system commissions cleanly.

    Standard Pre-Wire Includes

Cabling to every TV location — 2x Cat6 + coax + speaker wire

WiFi access point cabling — typically 4-12 locations per home

Camera cabling — Cat6 PoE to every planned camera location

Audio zone cabling — speaker wire to every indoor room and outdoor zone

Shade cabling — Lutron Sivoia QS wired runs to every motorized shade

Lighting control cabling — Lutron HomeWorks or Crestron control buses
