What We Install
Ubiquiti UniFi Wi-Fi 7 Access Points
U7 Pro and U7 Pro Wall — tri-band Wi-Fi 7 with multi-link operation and 320 MHz channels for the next decade of devices in Collingwood and Blue Mountains homes.
Ubiquiti UniFi Wi-Fi 6E Access Points
U6 Enterprise and U6 In-Wall — 6 GHz coverage with tri-band performance for current high-density device loads.
UniFi Switches & Gateways
PoE+ and PoE++ switches, Dream Machine Pro / Pro Max gateways, and 10 Gbps backbones for the wired side that carries everything.
Cloud Key & UniFi Controller
On-premise UniFi controller for management, monitoring, and remote support — same controller our service team logs into when you call.
Outbuilding & Detached Garage Coverage
Mesh, point-to-point bridges, or fibre-fed outdoor APs for guest houses, garages, boathouses, and waterfront docks across Georgian Bay.
Outdoor & Pool-Area Wi-Fi
Outdoor-rated U6 Mesh and U7 Outdoor APs for decks, pools, and waterfront — properly weatherized, properly grounded.
What's Included
Site Survey
Walk-through of the property, sketch of WAP locations, and an honest assessment of where wired backhaul is realistic vs where mesh has to fill in.
RF Design
Predictive heat map based on the actual floor plan and construction materials — log walls, stone fireplaces, in-floor heating, and ICF construction all change Wi-Fi behaviour.
Structured Cabling
Cat6 or Cat6A backhaul to every access point, terminated to a labelled patch panel — Wi-Fi mesh is a backup plan, wired is the foundation.
VLAN Segmentation
Separate VLANs for primary, guest, IoT, and security — so smart bulbs and cameras can't talk to your laptop, and guests can't reach anything.
Remote Monitoring
Optional service plan with 24/7 remote monitoring — most network issues fixed before you notice.
Documentation & Handover
Network diagram, IP plan, and credentials handed over in writing — not held hostage in some integrator's head.
Designed For
Premium Custom Homes
Homes with 30+ connected devices across cameras, AV, lighting, climate, security, and personal devices — where a single ISP-supplied router has been failing for a while.
Cottages & Waterfront Properties
Georgian Bay waterfront properties with multiple buildings, dock-area coverage needs, and the special RF challenges of stone, log, and ICF construction.
Home Offices & Remote Workers
Daily Zoom and Teams calls, 4K streaming, online gaming, and cloud sync — no tolerance for the network being the bottleneck.
Why Summit Logic
Predictive RF design before equipment ships — not 'add another mesh node and see if it helps'
Wired Cat6/Cat6A backhaul to every WAP — mesh is a fallback, not the plan
VLAN segmentation built in by default — IoT and security live on their own networks
Remote monitoring on every install — we see problems before you do
Engineered. Installed. Supported.
