Our Approach
We start with a site walk and a controls inventory: what equipment is in place, what protocols it speaks (BACnet, Modbus, proprietary), and where the existing thermostats sit. From there we design a control overlay that respects the mechanical contractor's setpoints and adds scheduling, zoning, and remote visibility.
Commissioning is done on-site, room by room, with the operations team. We document every zone, every schedule, and every override path. Service contracts cover firmware updates, schedule changes, and seasonal tuning so the system keeps performing year over year.
