Service Overview

A commercial sound system is the easiest thing to under-spec and the hardest thing to fix later. Background music, paging, voice intelligibility, and sound masking each pull the design in a different direction. We build systems where all of them work, in the rooms that actually exist.

Summit Logic installs commercial sound across boutique restaurants in downtown Collingwood, ski club facilities above Blue Mountains, retail along Thornbury Harbour, and event venues throughout Wasaga Beach. The work is engineered, modelled, tuned, and documented.

    Industries We Serve

    Boutique restaurants

Background music with paging override at the host stand. Patio extension that does not bleed into the dining room.

    Private clubs

Member dining, lounge, and locker areas on independent zones. Event mode brings the ballroom up cleanly.

    Corporate offices

Sound masking for open-plan floors and lobby music tied to brand standards.

    Retail showrooms

In-store music at consistent levels with promotional voiceovers scheduled per daypart.

    Conference centres

Multi-zone audio in pre-function spaces, ballrooms, and breakouts. Voice lift where the room geometry demands it.

    Worship facilities

Voice-first design with low feedback, coverage to the back row, and assistive listening.

    Our Approach

We model coverage before we propose speakers. Where the room is complex, we use EASE or Ulysses to predict SPL and intelligibility. Where it is straightforward, experienced ear plus measurement after install is enough.

Tuning happens with calibrated microphones and the operations team in the room. We set music limits, paging priority, and emergency override behaviour. Service contracts keep DSP firmware current and address speaker failures before they affect a service.
