Our Approach
We standardize where it makes sense. Most clients land on a small kit of room types — huddle, midsize, boardroom, training — that share UI, peripherals, and management tools. Ops teams stop maintaining six different platforms.
Every room is commissioned with a staged call. We test mic coverage from every seat, camera framing, screen sharing, and the platform's join flow. Service contracts cover firmware, certificate renewals, and rapid replacement of failed peripherals.
Room designs draw on the joint IES and AVIXA recommended practice for lighting performance in videoconferencing rooms.
