We design the rack elevation before we order a rail. Every U is allocated. Cable paths are planned. Power and cooling are sized to current load plus growth. Nothing goes in that does not have a labelled spot.
Build is done on site, often staged off-hours so the room is ready when the network is energized. Documentation — rack elevations, cable schedules, IP plan — is delivered at closeout.
