Corporate offices
Front entry, server room, and after-hours access tied to identity. Offboarding takes one click in HR.
Access control runs the building. Who can come in, when they can come in, what doors they can hold open, and what happens when an emergency event triggers — all of that is policy expressed through a system. We install systems where the policy is enforceable, auditable, and easy to change.

Summit Logic deploys commercial access control across Southern Georgian Bay. Corporate offices in downtown Collingwood, private clubs above Blue Mountains, retail along Thornbury Harbour, and educational facilities throughout Wasaga Beach all run on different scales of the same disciplines.

Member-facing entry and staff-only zones — including locker rooms and pro shops at Blue Mountains and Lora Bay clubs.
Common-area access, amenity rooms, and concierge stations integrated with intercom.
Term-based credential lifecycles, lockdown buttons, and visitor management.
Back-of-house, office, and walk-in cooler access controlled and audited.
Showroom, service bays, and parts rooms on a single audited platform.
We design from the door schedule. Every door gets a use case, a hardware spec, and a credential policy. Where existing hardware can be reused, we say so. Where it cannot, we replace it cleanly.
Commissioning includes a walk of every door with the operations team, credential issuance for all users, and a written policy document. Service contracts cover firmware, identity sync, and emergency add/remove support.
We install commercial access control across Southern Georgian Bay — Collingwood, Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Wasaga Beach, Meaford, and Creemore. Typical projects include corporate offices in downtown Collingwood, ski clubs on the Blue Mountains escarpment, and multi-tenant buildings in the Wasaga Beach commercial corridor.
